The album is about a place. A place that is physical and spiritual, and our ability to go through a process and become a home for ourselves. We aspire to it, to this place, but it has always existed within us. At the time it was recorded, a lot of things were happening on a national level, and I thought about how much we all need to know how much love there is in the world - that simple love, the one that just exists between strangers. The one that we have forgotten,
The one that no one mentions anymore..
